For custom cakes and larger orders, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance — sooner for wedding cakes and busy holiday weekends. Smaller items like cookies, cinnamon rolls, and treat boxes typically need one week of lead time. If you have a last-minute request, reach out and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Start by filling out our Custom Cake Inquiry form — share your occasion, size, flavors, colors, and any inspiration photos. we will personally review your request and follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and design details. A deposit is required to reserve your date.

Custom cake deposits are non-refundable once your order is confirmed, as we begin planning and sourcing ingredients right away. Standard orders can be cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Please reach out as early as possible if plans change.
